Where is your farm located?

We are located 9 miles east of Saratoga Springs, NY, just outside of Schuylerville, NY. Don't worry, we specialize in delivering meals to you.

Can I come to the farm to get my food?

You are welcome to come to the farm to pick up your subscription cooler or pizza. But the good news is you don't have to. We deliver. 

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery radius is roughly: Delmar, Troy, Albany, Schenectady, Ballston Spa, Glens Falls, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park and out to Metro Boston. Questions about our delivery radius? Please email Adam@9mileseast.com.

How does delivery work?

We deliver your meals in a specialized cooler that contains a chill element which keeps the meals cold for ~8 hrs after delivery. This set-up allows us to deliver meals to you even when you aren't home. We pick up our cooler the following week and drop off a new cooler with fresh meals. If you pause or cancel we stop by and pick up the cooler one week after your last delivery.

Do you ship?

No, we do not ship our meals. Contact us to see if you are in our delivery zone. Adam@9mileseast.com.

How do I return my cooler?

Whether it's outside of your home or outside of your office, please return your cooler to the drop-off location within one week. We will pick it up.

How long do meals last?

All of our meals come with expiration dates. Typically, GO Box salads last 3-4 days after your receive your delivery. Ready-to-heat items last an average of 4-5 days. At that time, we recommend freezing them. These items can be frozen up to 3 months.

I have dietary restrictions!

No need to worry! We specialize in gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan and paleo meals. You'll be able to set your dietary restrictions when you create a profile. The menu will automatically filter out any items that contain a "restricted" ingredient.

Can I select my meals?

Yes! We are so happy to offer this as an option to our customers. Once a meal plan is purchased, you will then be able to choose the meals that you receive. After checkout, a pop-up will appear asking if you would like to choose your meals. Click on the pop-up and get started selecting your meals. After you select your meals, make sure to complete the check out process. Meals can be chosen each time the account auto renews. Simply log into your account, and click SELECT MEALS on your profile page.

How many menu options do I have?

Variety is the spice of life! We have over 200 varieties of meals. Each week you'll have your choice of a soup, 2 salad options, 2 entree varieties and a mix of add-on items like pasture-raised eggs, sourdough bread, honey, etc. We know customers appreciate a variety so our talented chef team is constantly creating & perfecting new menu items (our goal is to create 3 new items/month). What plan is right for me?

If you're unfamiliar with our meals we suggest trying out The Variety Pack first. This plan provides 5 different items so you get to experience the full range of our menu. Then we reach out two days after your first delivery to open a dialogue about customizing your meal mix. So, EXPERIENCE the meals. CUSTOMIZE future deliveries with one of our meal specialists. ENJOY future deliveries. Once you're familiar with the meals and our ordering system you can adjust your meal mix based on your needs.

Are there any additional fees?

There is a $5 delivery fee for all home deliveries. There is no fee for pausing or canceling. If you choose items that are "premium" or add-on an item there is an up charge.

How do I pause my delivery?

Flexibility is one of our specialties. You can pause or cancel anytime (no fees!). Just log in to your account, click on the "PROFILE" icon in the top right corner of your browser, click on "SUBSCRIPTION" and you'll see a button where you can pause your meals (scroll down to the bottom of the page). How do I cancel?

Email Adam@9mileseast.com. After you cancel, please leave our cooler out for pick up. We will be by on your standard delivery day to retrieve it.

I want more control over what items I'm receiving...

No problem! You'll want to switch your plan to "The Anything Goes Plan". This will allow you to select a specified number of meals off the menu each week. Love our butternut squash chili? Order 5 of them. More of a salad & soup lover? Pick the number & type of salads and soups from the menu. This is the plan for those that want more control over their meal mix. When do I select meals from the menu?

Do I have to choose my meals?

No, We can do it for you. Whether your forget to choose or just don't want to, we've got you covered. We will auto select your meals for you from that weeks menu.

How much are your meals?

Our minimum order is 3 items. This plan costs $35 (which includes delivery and you can find it in The Anything Goes subscription). This system is made for customizing so you can keep your subscription cost at $35 OR order as many meals as you'd like. Our average order is 6 items for $65.
