We make the traditional Mexican mole sauce from scratch with dried chili and chocolate at its base. Then our chefs braise the chicken in the sauce. If that’s not good enough, add in 9 Miles East Farm’s squash, peppers and corn plus some black beans and traditional Mexican spices. Chicken, veggies and spices are tossed and served over roasted red potatoes. Gluten, Dairy & Soy Free.
