I wanted to let you know how your service has helped me. I have Type 2 Diabetes. There is an ‘overall’ blood sugar test that gives you the average for three months called the A1C test. My doctor’s goal is to get me under 7.0. A year ago I was 8.2. My recent result was 6.5! I have made other changes, but I attribute it mostly to your meals. Thank You.
